The official combined meeting for Traplex 2009 was held many many days ago. 12 days to be exact. It was our complete little get-together, nevertheless.

The Traplex '09 Combined Meeting was held in PFS on the 24th of October 2009. On that auspicious day, Penang Free School was filled scouts from PFS and guides from different schools including CGL of course. :D

We were then divided into our respective patrols by our Troop Leader. As you all already know, we the CGL patrol combined with our new-found-love,
the Hawk patrol. :)
Then things began to carry on naturally and we chose a table and got into our patrol circle.

It was then up to us, our new family; the scouts of PFS and us the juniors and seniors of CGL to introduce ourselves. Naturally it was difficult for us to communicate at first, but eventually everything carried on smoothly without interruptions. & we actually had FUN during the introduction session. *kudos to that* =D

Then it was time for serious business. We discussed our plans, when and where meetings were to be held, who's in charge of what and etcetc, after the PL and PS got back from their meeting with the EXCOS.

Nearing the end, the Traplex members formed the horseshoe, where the EXCOS introduced themselves to the participants & at 12pm, the meeting was dismissed and everyone went home to get their good day's rest.
